Waves Oceanfront Resort is located on Old Orchard Beach with oceanfront and ocean view rooms, many of which have been completely renovated. All of the rooms are within 150 yards of the beach. The resort is just a short walk to the pier, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Pets are allowed in rooms in two of the buildings that make up the resort. With 139 units, Waves Oceanfront Resort is the largest hotel in Old Orchard Beach and dates back to 1888. Guests will enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, cafe and market on site. One parking spot is provided for each room and pets are allowed at no charge. These ocean view rooms offer comfortable and convenient accommodations to ensure that guests have a relaxing experience. Each hotel room has a desk, two queen sized beds, air conditioning, cable TV, alarm clock radio, and a direct dial telephone. There are also kitchenettes in each room, including a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffeemaker and complimentary coffee. Each room also has a deck to enjoy the view.

87 West Grand Avenue, Old Orchard Beach, Maine From Portland International Airport: Take Interstate 95 exit from the airport. Take I 95 South to Exit 36 (formerly Exit 5) of the Maine Turnpike (Saco Old Orchard Beach). After exiting, follow I 195 East. After 2.5 miles, I 195 ends and becomes Route 5 (Ocean Park Road). Follow Route 5 straight ahead. At 7 11 store, bear left onto Saco Avenue (still Route 5). Continue on for about a mile the first traffic light. Get in the right lane. Turn right on Union Avenue. Follow Union Avenue to the four way stop intersection. Turn left on West Grand Avenue. At the next stop sign, you will see the Waves Oceanfront Resort on your right.
