Location. Grandview Condominiums is located on a serene sugar white sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Fla., just steps from the shops, restaurants and nightlife on Front Beach Road. Zoo World and St. Andrews State Park are approximately three miles from the condos. Shipwreck Island Water Park is four miles away, and the GulfWorld Aquarium is eight miles away. Panama City Beach offers something for everyone, including surfing, parasailing, scenic cruises, snorkeling, banana boating and sailing.
Hotel Features. This gulf front high rise resort features two heated gulf front pools, fitness facility, complimentary beach service, four complimentary beach chairs and two umbrellas every day. Business services are available. Guestrooms. Private balconies with patio furniture offer unobstructed gulf views in each of these fully equipped condos. All of the three bedroom condos are approximately 1,500 square feet with separate living rooms, and dining and kitchen areas. The full kitchens feature granite countertops, refrigerators, microwave ovens, full size stoves, coffeemakers, dishwashers and cookware. While all units are individually owned and decorated, most feature warm, rich color schemes and high quality appliances. There are jetted spa tubs in every condo.
Expert Tip. Several full service dive shops in the area offer customized packages and snorkeling gear for guests who want to explore the historical and natural wonders in the waters of Panama City Beach, said to be the "Wreck Capital of the South." The best time of the year for diving in the Gulf of Mexico is April through September.
A $200 security deposit will be collected at check in. A $10.76 registration fee (subject to change) will also be collected at check in.
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older to check in.

Driving directions from Panama City Bay County International Airport:
Take FL 390 to W 23rd St.
Turn right onto W 23rd St.
Follow W 23rd St to US 98 W.
Turn right onto US 98 W.
Turn left at the third traffic light.
That will be a detour to Front Beach Rd.
Follow the detour as it merges into Front Beach Rd, and proceed three miles.
